he just had to watch your forum name and there he could see the ingame name ; 'czarjerson' and also in your signature.. but the bug self .. ye thats your fault haha:P but MIB should fix it ._.

Yeah... he failed on that. GM's should be smart enough to check on a member's profile to find out his IGN. I actually sent a message to him.

in the forum guide talk, ever u post a Technical suport, u need to post ur ID and Char name.

I disagree.

GM's should make it their business to know. How could you possibly manage a game or forum without knowing who your public is? In addition, it's the job of GM's to be bothered all the time ingame. After all, they are the ones who can solve issues and problems ingame.

As for MiB...

Not going to spend a whole lot of energy trying to express my sentiment towards him. Someone might advise him to go outside and breathe some air every once in a while though.
In ePT I though GM management couldn't be worse than the efforts done by the ones in Priston inc.
